| Falken Wildpeak - Axial r35 or Vanquish?
I'm looking at the new Falken Wildpeak M/T R35 from Axial and Vanquish. I get it that Axials are a bit taller, but I wonder what rubber compound is best? I've never seem them up close, so I wonder which looks best |

Depends on your use case. One may work better than the other. Vanquish look better but, are a super soft compound. May or, may not work in your location.

My preference as far as looks are concerned, is the older Axial Falken Wildpeak 1.9. The new ones have a rather square edge where the shoulder meets the tread. I prefer the more round look. I don't know if the real M/Ts have a square profile. The Wildpeak A/Ts on my truck are pretty square looking. The Axial R35 Wildpeaks work pretty darn good offroad. Between mud, dirt, sand and rock they've never disappointed me. |

the vanquish just came out and with a new rubber compound the r35 compound has been around for a long time so i can only speek to.the axial version the axials you can find new take offs all the time for cheap alot of times cheaper than chinese knock offs and ive always liked axials r35 tires i gave my wildpeaks to my cousin for his build but i run several axial take offs too |
