Default stock foams? plus foam with tire weight question

so i keep seeing people say they cut their tire foams for this reson or another, any recomendations on how to cut the stock foams or to leave them alone.

also with bb's in the tire, how does that work with the foams, the bb;s stay in one spot on a spinning wheel?? i would think you would want them loose so they will always have the lowest posible cog?

Try different things... I went based off of what they had in the manual, and cut some more off. I think the concept with BB's is that they are loose... I'm not sure though.

I have my front tires filled compleatly with air soft bb's, my rear tires have uncut stock foams. Works good for me.
