Soldering is done at a lower temprature where brazing is done at a higher temprature. Brazing has a higher tensile strength (stronger) than soldering.

Brazing is stronger than soldering. Soldering is mainly used for bonding electronics/wires together. Brazing is for structural elements. Brazing rod, which has higher strength, also has a higher melting point.
