Question brake line ?

i have just started working with brake line. brazing is going well thanks to the sticky on here! my question is, if i wanted to attach a piece of brakeline to a lexan body like for a roof rack how would you attach the open end of the brake line where the hole is? i want to have a piece running down each side and turning a 90 at the front and back straight into the roof. do you just find a screw that will fit in the end of the brake line, do you fill the end with something and let it set up then drill it out? also to fill the open ends of brakeline what do you use? thanks.

What size brakeline? I use 3/16. You can run a 6-32 tap inside it and use 6-32 screws to attach it to the body. MrPink told me about using 6-32 threaded rod to fill the holes in the end of the tubing. You could also attach a 3mm nut to the end and use that to thread a screw into to attach it to the body.
