Here is a link to a drill size chart. Here is a link to a sheet metal gauge size chart. Below is a helpful drill size conversion chart. (I had to split it into two pics) Also a tap drill chart that I have used for years. And just for completeness. To convert inches to mm, multiply the inches by 25.4 To convert mm to inches, divide the mm by 25.4 |

2.5 x .45 tap drill is off.. Should be 2.05mm Nominal - pitch gives tap. Last edited by Ace; 10-07-2008 at 12:48 PM. |

.039 = 1mm so it's easy to do some quick metric conversions.
