that sounds like oven cleaner to me, but it should work. Just stinks a lot more then greased lighting.

I used purple power,same ingrediant as greased lightning.Worked great on the beadlocks! take about 40 to 60 min to remove all of the annidizing.

| Great Tip for removing anodizing SAFELY and with minimal negative effects to the Aluminum !  Everyone has their own favorite Aluminum polishes.......In the past I've had to polish quite a few sets of 15"x14" WIDE Weld Wheels....on my trucks that got USED alot....so it was very important to find a polish that worked well. Quite a few years back....while at a 4x4 event that is well known called the "JAMBOREE".....II ran into the guy who makes/owns/sells a polish that is pretty awesome. It's now called BUSCH SUPER SHINE ALUMINUM POLISH. Try it out....and see for yourself. I was converted after the first 10 minutes that I used it. Highly oxidized wheels that normally took me about an hour to get their shine back......(when doing it all by hand).......now only took me about 15 minutes ! Thanks for the great tips....as always !
