Default Best way to bend delrin?

Hi, new to this forum and to rockcrawling and wondering what way is best for bending delrin to make lower links? Thanks

This should tell ya what you need to know. Just be sure to do it in a well ventiallated area. Delrin puts out some really toxic fumes when burned.

Drill a hole in a peice of wood (2X4 works fine.) The hole should be "just" larger than the delrin. Insert delrin into hole, slowly bend the delrin down towards the wood. It usually takes 2-3 times holding for 5-10 seconds to stay at a 30 degree bend. Cut to length.
Ideally, you want the depth of the hole to be just deep enough for the short end of your links, so that side wouldn't need cutting again.

DO NOT burn the delrin. Low heat...just enough to make it soft.
