I have Rocksmith gearjelly back in stock. And I will personally stand by its performance. I currently have 6 jars left in stock. Please visit my thread in the vendors section for info or feel free to ask me.

The Nubster wanted to know if he could use his paint ball grease (Dow 33) and I said hell yeah.

OK, Ill be honest with you. I can honestly say that I have used Gorilla snot, I have used red and Tacky, I have used bearing grease and I have used Shaft grease that is used out in the oil fields.

Red and Tacky is crap in my opinion. Its a cheap alternative and at best is good for light duty greasing.
Gorilla snot has its good points and bad. But it flys like the wind and does not stick after long term use.
Bearing Grease is probably close but again its an industrial use product for larger metal based greasing.

The closest grease that works really very well is the stuff they use in the Oil Fields for grease which is a composite of several synthetic and natural compounds. Its excellent product but very very expensive as it ONLY comes in drums!

From all my time running crawlers ever since I switched to Rocksmith, It is an excellent product hands down and when I speak about it sticking to the gears and staying there I am not lying. Im not just saying this because I sell it, Im selling it because I believe it is the best stuff on the market S|PECIFICALLY for RC small gears that run at high speeds and take more abuse. From Plastic to aluminum to steel gears. It does its job!

For instance. I ran both of my trucks which are Axial based trucks all year long. I didnt have to pack the gear cases with Rocksmith, I simply placed a good helping (about a little more than half a tea spoon) of the Rocksmith in the Axial axles gears with the hardened steel gears and the same to my transmissions again running hardened steel gears.

Last week I opened them up to place Super 300's in the axles and rebuilt my transmissions to full metal jacket cases.

0 wear on the gears that I could see, The grease was still red as the day I placed it the cases (unlike other products which turns black from wearing of the gears) and the grease was on the gears for the most part with just a bit on the sides of the case where the gear doesnt hit. (not from flying off)

It does not fly off, Its specifically made to stick and become part of the process for which it was designed for.

anyone who has ever used this grease has never had a bad thing to say about it and continues to purchase it as regular as possible. and most of all, the Testimonials speak for themselves as well as the continued return customer base who wants it.

All I ask is that if I have it in stock (which I do at this time) that you please take the time to purchase the product and try it for yourself. I swear that you will be impressed 100% and return for another order. 1 jar has enough product to do 3 axles and 3 transmissions to last the whole year if not longer.

Anywhere that requires grease instead of an oil, I use Phil wood waterproof bicycle grease. its the smoothest, longest lasting stuff I've ever used.

Mobil 1 synthetic.

Once that runs out, I'm thinking I'll try some gearjelly.
