| built desktop work bench $ under $60 check it
like some of you, i myself was always trying to find a place to work on my crawlers..so i had an idea.. i had an older flat desk and just added a upright with light and pegboard.. the light works awesome.. got it all at home depot for all under $60. i think my favorite thing is the solder gun holder..i can use it with one hand and not worry about the point burning something.. here are some pics. tell me what u think! |

I wish I keep myself confined to that small an area, but that looks good. put a shelf above for the growing collection and get some drawer sliders from home depot (10 bucks) and build yourself a drawer under the the bench top if you outgrow that space. |

| I have a whole room and its not enough haha, I really like the pegboard wall, I have a desk me and my brother built a long time ago and it gets covered in crap/tools all the time (desk is 5ft wide, 2.5ft deep), a pegboard with tool holder would help a ton, looks good, but to small for my taist |

Looks great, and seems like it wuld be easy to expand in the future by adding some shelving or something on the sides

Looks Sweet. Just add a magnet bowl for those itty bitty screws and your set |

Good clean area. Well lit. A bit small. I Like the soder gun holster. I've melted a lot of stinky plastic stuff laying around when I soder. lol I really did LOL when I seen the mini anvil and vise. Never seen ones so small before. I have a problem with screws falling off my table and getting lost in the crazy 80s pattern carpet. A small lip edge on the table may help eh? |

Very neat and organized. Good lighting makes all the difference in the world. Might want to turn the solder iron the other direction, the first thing I would do would be to burn my arm on it that way |

Nice. I agree about the soldering iron. I noticed you put your vise there to keep your elbow away from it, but if you ever move the vise, you might forget.
