Default Glue metal to delrin...

What's the best glue or CA to use to glue some stainless screws to some delrin?

I think you are going to have a tough time with it. Delrin doesn't like being glued. You might try shoe goo I've heard from some that it works. I also ran across this method to etch Delrin in order to prep it for glue or paint:

I haven't tried it but that guy machines a lot of delrin for projects and I would think that etching the surface chemically would work much better than simply scuffing it with sandpaper. I would suggest a mechanical type of connection if at all possible.

Yeah, I'd like to be able to use a nut on the screws, but there isn't any clearance on the backside. Can barely get the screws in as is, and if I clearance the wheels I might ruin the beadlock.

I'd second the shoo goo try to get a little around the screw and it should hold once it sets.
