| Suitable metal for axle fab?
Hey all I am looking to get some axles manufactured locally and I am wanting to know what is a suitable metal to use. Obviously 300m Chromoly is the best to use but it will be hard to come by. My plan is to have bolts machined down to suit my needs. I was thinking 316 sainless steel, 8.8 or 10.9 grade bolts or Ti rod. What are my other options? Thanks for you help. |

| USPS Priority Shipping from the US to Australia is $48, if you keep the box to 12" or less in length. That is a ripoff.
