Default Delrin link thickness (sheet not rod)

I have done some searching, but everything brings up Delrin links made from rod. I want to make a set cut from sheet. My question is, what thickness are you guys using? I am guessing 1/4 inch would be about right, just wanted to be sure before placing my order. Thanks!

This was the best I could find, so I guess I'll go with 1/4". http://web1.rccrawler.com/forum/show...17&postcount=4 unless someone else has a suggestion?

I was gonna say maybe 5/16", but 1/4" would probably be plenty.
