Default yet another homebrew bender

i made this today out of the 1/4" aluminum stock.

i sandwiched the two plates together to so the peg would stay in place better.

the peg is drilled with a 19/64" bit, and the peg is 5/16. i used the freezer trick to "shrink" the peg, and pounded it in place.

the bending radius if a 1/2" bolt with a 5/8" sleave around it. the cool thing is HD has a bunch of these all the way up to 1".

anyway, here are the pictures.
