my flux dried out....and im special

Whoa hold the complain train. This stuff is water based, so a little sip out of your Poland springs water bottle and a little soupy stirry action and your are back in the game.

I can't count how many times I left the lids off my flux because I was too busy grabbing freshly soldered items with bare hands.

Store it in a ziploc, mines been good for 2yrs. And the water trick works also.

Yup I get it in half pound tubs, dribble a little water on it and Im good to go.

Believe I actually read about this on the Back of a Harris bottle ...... in the Directions area

Mine says right on the tub "If the flux dries out, add water and stir".....

OMG ??? ....really, don't ya read instructions on packages ....might have saved yerself lookin like a big bonehead with that post ....i have the same little bottle i got with my 45 kit 2.5 years ago and added water to it over a year ago and it's still works great and i read the package before i rumbled on a public forum ..........bob

just saw that lol. got a "little" hot headed today after work and found my flux dried out. bad day= no rationality, you know how it goes. thanks for the help guys
