Has anyone come up with some sort of radious bender for brake line?

Right on, so the tightness of the bend depends on how much pressure you apply when rolling back and forth?

They make benders for brake line...

Most of the cheap ones have a radius that is too big to look right on 1/10th scale but I have found some good ones, they are a little pricey though.

Rigid, very sturdy and easily does nice 180 deg bend on tube and solid rod.

Imperial, this one is also nice but the handles are straight across from one another when you start so its hard to get going and the handle gets in the way if other bends are near the bend you are working on. It does have a tighter radius than the Rigid one but doesnt really work that well on solid rod. The picture isnt actually the right one, that one is for larger tubing.

Of course you can also go homebrew if you so desire.

Not sure but there is this for making large bends if that is what you are looking for. Someone on here has one and said that it works well on tubing.

This has been one of the things I have wondered lately is how everyone bends the tubing. Now I know how and I think im going to give it a try very soon!

I made one of "yours" after reading your thread Bob & it works GREAT! Thanks for the idea...also I used a larger piece of steel for the baseplate (your suggestion as well) and it made it way easier to keep the tubing flat during the bending process"thumbsup"
