Default Jack Stands, home made

hey all,
Just wanted to share this little tool with you guys, I use it to help hold tube and stuff while brazing.

Hey Bob, it is 1/2 inch all thread cut to length with a 1/2 inch nut and some 3/16 solid rod... I made it a little too tall, but you get the idea.

Very cool I can see a bunch of different sizes coming in handy...I'm constantly looking around for different things to prop stuff up with.

Here is one I made. Its a washer base with a tube welded to it and a nut welded inside the tube. I took a piece of threaded rod and welded on a wingnut to the other side.

Looks good, reminds me of a pipe jack welding stand.
