Default YES you can braze with propane

i borrowed a crosstech model 2100 torch head from a guy i work with to build a bumper for my dingo.
i built the bumper using mapp gas and 15% silver hvac solder, and 3/16 and 1/8" brass rod

i got bored today and decided to see how hot propane would get using this torch head. i bought some 1/8" bronze coated rod and a 3 ft stick of solid 3/16" steel to try another bumper. mapp gas with this head had no problem melting the bronze rod.

figured why not try the propane and see what happens. well it worked. takes about 45 seconds to a minute to get hot enough. but IT DOES WORK

he don't remember where he got this torch head at, but its bad to the bone.

the brazing is ugly, but iv only done this twice
