Default Building leaf springs

I am about to finish up a couple builds I have going and planning the next one. going to use quater elipitcal springs for the rear and I'm thinking about using coil spring from an old 2 cycle engine. just tryin to figure out a good way to get the arch the same on each one. anyone used this or made quarter elips that could help a guy out?

Here's a few pics of the forming jigs I made when I built some springs for my 1/6th Willys.

I used 3/4" wide flat bar stock from home depot. I bent it into the radius of the arch that I needed then bent in the ends towards the center of the jig.
