Default Drill Press Chuck

OK so my dad just got a free drill press from work that is huge, it isn't one of those small ones, it is like 5' tall. Now that i have started making my own rc stuff i realize this could come in handy big time. My only problem is that the chuck on the thing is way to big to use for rc. Does anybody know where we could get a chuck reducer (do they exist?) and a key (he didn't get one) for this massive chuck?

The chuck says it goes down to .80"

One helluva free find. You will need a chuck that has the same taper to it. What model is it? jdp-14M?

I'd take a look at www.use-enco.com for a chuck and a taper arbor.

Check out the "hot deals", might find one on sale
