Default capping a tube

I whipped up a new set of sliders for the Honcho.

I was thinking of a way to cap the ends of the tubing, so I just brazed a flat piece of 22ga on it and grinded/filed/sanded

Here is a pic of the ends, and my design.
They mount into the stock holders.

Now for some thorough testing

Another idea for the lazy people like me, stuff a 3mm button head in the tube and braze it in, grind it down as needed.

A very small ball bearing works good too.

I just use rod on parts that will have a visible open end. Although I try to avoid open tubes when possible.
