Default Need some screwdriver/bit help!

Okay so I have 2 losi mrc crawlers that are 1/18 scale!

I have been building them up for awhile and using some cheap ass screw driver with changable bits and then some small allen wrenches.

I want to upgrade to some nice screwdrivers.

I looked at the bits. I mainly use a T8 and T10 and then a 1.5 allen and a 2.0 allen.

Should i be looking for hex, torx, ball? what ones do i need to get?

I am on wiahtools.com and looking but there are so many options i want to make sure to get the right ones!

Everyone will have their favorites. I've had a set from EDS for 3 years and love them.

I have some ball drivers but rarely ever find a need to use them. They will strip out easy. Some hex drivers in the sizes you need will do you just fine.

For the size of the bolts we mostly use, I don't like ball drivers either. I have them just in case but rarely use them and only to get things snug. Then I tighten it the rest of the way with a regular hex.

I rarely use ball hex on rc stuff as it's too small. Just found a supplier of torx screws and use them as much as possible.

Buy the best tools you can, preferably machined finish so they will fit well.

+1 on these! I've had my set for almost 7 years and they're still going strong

It seems that the Dynamite hexes are pretty popular here. Any opinions on Duratrax tools? I was also considering the DTRX0292. Duratrax® Ultimate Tools

About the same price as the Dynamite DYN3080.

Thanks!
