Clay informed me that there is a 1-2 day leadtime on getting them made from his supplier.

I changed the original "captured" design to allow plenty of clearance for any possible rod end combination or shock end cap. Shipping today and tabs are in stock. If it says backorder or out of stock, you can still order and the processing will be 1-2 days.

That's not a problem. No need to send any material either. Just place an order on the site for what you want and make a note in your order that you wan them out of stainless.

Getting cut next week. They will be a flat tab with 2 wings with multiple holes. When folded it will form a c channel making it useable for panhard mounts, adjustabl link mounts, or chassis mounted pan hard. You can also trim the wings off and have 2 plates with multiple holes for whatever you can think of.
Similar to this,

Adding another tab along with the last above mentioned piece. New tab will be a universal style for mounting limit straps or seatbelt harnesses.

Used a pair of "long" Fab Tabs to mount a 3" Rigid on my new Wraith roof insert.

Been making these for myself and others at work on the laser for some time. Have stacks of them and a good 2 dozen styles drawn up. Never priced them out to see what would be charged though...

One thing you can do is make a short to go with your long. Do the math so that when a short and long are used on each side of a rod end, it will be off your tube at a 45 degree angle. So for the triangulated style 4 link setups, rod end are straight inline with mounts, thus giving less potential for binding.

Also if your going to make longer ones meant to be formed, have your supplier cut a line along the bend line of the part. Makes it easier for the customer to bend by hand or with pliers to get positioned and then throw a little braze or weld in the seam when making it permanent. Thats what Ive been doing and works great IMO.

Not making shorts as they are all ready made and sold by another vendor. I make them for myself but won't cross that line from a business standpoint. They are easily shortened with a grinder or bench sander in just a few seconds. Just had done 1:1 Fab Tabs cut and they were done offset for the reason you mentioned. 1/4" thick material is not modified so easily, lol.
Some of the new complex tabs will have relief slots for bends but the "long" tab is not necessary.

I purchased some of the captured end tabs a while back. They make life so much easier and are way beefier than any fab tab I have used to date.

Like he said, it's a 1 to 2 day lead time. I just ordered the captured ends and the long tabs. There were made and shipped by the 2nd day and should be here any time.
