Default Help me find a drill bushing!

Sorry to bother but I am having a heck of a time. I need to find a drill busing for a handheld drill that has a 1/4" hole and an inside diameter of .500" to assure a straight hold for some links I will be making. I can't find these anywhere. Moreover, the pictures look all wrong on the drill bushings I have located. The hole can be smaller than 1/4" but it defeats the whole purpose if it is bigger because then I won't know of the hole is straight.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? This will be for a clodbuster I am building and to modify my Groundpounder set up which is running an aftermarket chassis that is eating the drivelines because they are at the wrong angle. Custom links will fix this issue once and for all.

Thanks all!

Do a search for this part # EEMFIX011,
This is a great jig for drilling 1/4 link stock for a 4mm thread.
I have had one for years and it has never wore out and I have drilled many links.

That's the problem, I need 1/2 inch. It seems like there is nothing that is for a 1/2 inch. Have any other suggestions? The Clod will be running 2 4800KV SC4X motors, so I need all of the strength I can get. I will be running all-thread through them as well to hopefully prevent them from breaking. I know the links on the Groundpounder have taken a beating and that vehicle will be a lot lighter than the Clod.
