I made my own from some tube I had laying around the shop. it wasn't the perfect diameter but electrical tape fix that.

Brass or aluminum tubing with proper OD to fit in the axle and ID to clear the axles. Cut to length, then drill and tap holes for screws. Brass is heavier than aluminum, so aluminum is the better choice if you only need reinforcement without too much weight.

I heard that 1/8 steel nipples are doing a great job in the plumber section, you can have them different lengths

I made my own out of 8mm OD aluminum tubing I got from the hardware store. Cut them to length and tapped them. Add longer machine screws and reassemble. All for under 7$.

Mcmaster carr sells steel tubing thats pretty close to the correct od dimension and will clear the inner axles nicely.

Yes I now that you do, but since Im from Portugal, Im not going to pay for the shipment (26$) nearly the price for a set of long beef tubes.

And with this said, Im not blaming you for the price of postage.

So since here in Portugal no one has them, and the shipment from out side is to high, I have to make them my self

Here is what I would do:

Find the tubing you need. I am guessing it would prob come in a metre length?

Mark the tubing to the correct length and cut

drill/thread the holes

you have beef tubes made

And $26 to Portugal! I just sent an 8 oz box to Canda for $8!

Yes I now, I already heve a meter of tube, Im goin to buy a set os wraith axle case to cut the ends and put the on the end off the tubbing, and that way I can put the xr10 universal set.

Well you can go and see the the shipment to portugal is 26$ , the price of the tubes are 35$, for what I pay for the shipment I could buy to set, thats way I dont buy them, and I will make my one, I will post photos when I have them made.

Unfortunately, Calvin, not all vendors on here are willing to ship anything to Canada other than Priority shipping @ $25-$32. Us Canucks are thankful to you and the others that are willing to work with us regarding shipping.

I would ask what kind of tools do you have available to you? If you can get some sort of tubing that already has a bore, then some long shank drill bits could be used to open up the bore to the correct size. The outer diameter could be reduced by chucking up the tubing in an electric drill and some careful use of mill file could get you the outer diameter that you need. It would take a long to time accomplish it, but it's not completely out of the question.
