Default c-channel cutting

whats the best way to cut 1/2 steel square tubing to make c-channel frame rails? i was thinking an angle grinder and a cutoff wheel. im sure theres a better way. should i bend it first or cut it first? thanks for the help and if theres any other trick let me know! thanks again

bend it all up first, drill your holes so they will be even on both sides. Then take a measuring tape/ruler/whatever, then put teh marker on the 1/4" mark and push the tape and marker all the way down the tube. That way the line is straight and even. then use the cutoff wheel and follow the line
