| whats the best way to cut 1/2 steel square tubing to make c-channel frame rails? i was thinking an angle grinder and a cutoff wheel. im sure theres a better way. should i bend it first or cut it first? thanks for the help and if theres any other trick let me know! thanks again |

| bend it all up first, drill your holes so they will be even on both sides. Then take a measuring tape/ruler/whatever, then put teh marker on the 1/4" mark and push the tape and marker all the way down the tube. That way the line is straight and even. then use the cutoff wheel and follow the line |
