good how-to http://www.rccrawler.com/tuber.htm as for the torch, a bernzomatic oxy-mapp torch from home depot, there are straight mapp torches too, see First Tuber Build... Need Help

Why is a "mapp" torch better than a "micro-torch" with oxy-acet.....?
Thanks for the help!

I wouldnt use that small of a torch. even the clicker mapp torches are not pinpoint enough to do the meticulous work that needs to be for a tuber. i would rather use a acetylene torch because acetylene has a higher welding temperature (3160 °C, 5720 °F), MAPP is 2927 °C (5301 °F) but has the advantage that it requires neither dilution nor special container fillers during transport, allowing a greater volume of welding gas to be transported at the same given weight.

What type of torch would you suggest is easier..., mini oxy acet torch or a mapp torch at home depot? Thanks.
