Default New "toy box"

My rc and model car hobbies have gotten to the point where they have out grown the small room in my house in which my wife also does her scrap booking and sewing as well as serving as the office for our businesses, so when the opportunity arose to purchase an older Cornwell tool trailer from our local Cornwell dealer I snapped it up. After months of waiting I finally was able to pick up the trailer last night. Today I set it in our back yard and got it in usable order for now. It has a propane heater and ac for the summer all in perfect working order. I put a cheap counter top in it as a desk/work bench and pretty much had an instant rc garage/workshop. I still need to do a lot of other work to it like putting in some drawers under the counter top and set the whole thing on cinder blocks for a more stability and skirt it to help insulate it. Getting my house re-sided this spring and I'm going to have them side the trailer so it will look more like a shed than an old trailer... I had to take down a part of my fence and reinstall it and go through our pasture to get it where I wanted it but it went really smoothly and surprisingly quickly.

Those mountains in the background...you live in a very scenic place!

Very nice purchase! That's a cool, mobile work shop. I particularly like the Boom Racing Krait wheels on it.

They do kinda match your trailer wheels minus the beadlock rings of course.

Nice, someday I want to do a Dodge Sprinter turbo diesel (Mercedes) van ala motorhome with built-in work and storage area for RC and bikes.

Thanks, I want to do it nicely but not fancy/expensive. I figure it's that or a large tow vehicle (that I don't have) and a trailer like yours or similar. Looking forward to updates!

Re-read more closely, I see you're making this a permanent workshop on your property, great idea and nicer than my garage especially since you'll have AC and heat.

Your idea would be great for multiple uses though, like your dirt bike and rc crawlers.

I got wifi, Netflix and cable in my trailer now lol. Installing a nice alpine car stereo system in it that I've had for a while now next. I also need to skirt and insulate it soon to that aluminum diamond plate floor is freezing cold this time of year lol
