Yes, Wera is king of tiny drivers, very high quality, I've got a couple. Everything can break or strip at this size, but I've got a lot of use out of mine so far. Bought them on friend's recommendation. KCToolco.com is where I bought them.

Checked and mine are both 0.9mm, they make all kinds of high quality tools.

Wiha tools makes very nice precision tools in stupidly small sizes. I have a nut driver for 00-90 hardware, it fits perfectly.

MIP makes drivers as small as .9 mm.

The really small MIP drivers I have are definitely a more precise fit in the screws than my Wiha drivers of the same size.

Before I go searching do you know, offhand, if Wera makes small nut drivers that would be good for scale hardware?

I don't know, but KCTool's site should list them or check Wera's site directly.
