To me it appears that it didn't press the 1st layer to the glass. It did on the 1st rectangles that were laid down.

I'm pretty sure it's going to be to short for the buggy I printed it for, the buggy won't arrive until tomorrow. Guess I'll design my own and see how it goes.
I see the problem. The back is curved. So when the back is printed down it has no support in the middle and the filament saggs. You might be able to print it on its back if you can set the support infill to 100% with 0 offset. Depending on your slicer. I dont know what the part is for so that might not be ideal.

I don't think that's warping. That's why it wouldent print legs up. The 3d module is not flat there.

This Monoprice i3 looks like a cheaper Monoprice Select Mini. It's the first I'm seeing this printer. It's on sale for $116.99 using eBay's PRIMOTECH code.

looks based off the select mini frame with some cost savings. Not a bad machine, but I don't get the accuracy out of mine as compared to the maker select or maker select plus. At that price I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't have a heated bed.

IIRC it doesn't have a heated bed.

It's a rebranded Wanhao Duplicator i3 Mini. It's not based on the MP select mini. However, at the price, not bad for someone starting out in 3D printing.

For any one who does their own 3D design I thought these files would be helpful.

RR10 Bomber 3D Chassis

SCX10 3D Chassis

I didnt make the SCX10 and dont have one, so I cant attest to the measurements.

I made the bomber chassis myself and so far all my prints based on seem to fit well.

Carisma has posted some STL files for free download that may be of some use. The first files are to create a EXO Roofrack for the LYNX ORV. They consist of: – The Roof Rack itself, 6 EXO Arms, a Spare Tyre Mount and 4 Spotlights. Grab the files and a copy of the instructions here: LYNX ORV EXO ROOF RACK

I'm too lazy to go searching for the post(s), but thank you to those who suggested Onshape.... So much more accurate than tinkercad and easier to use than fusion360...

It's so, so awesome when manufacturers support 3D printing and offer STL files!

I've been unable to tune my mini to print as nice as the maker select. The jerk and accel seem to be a little off, so any hard direction changes have overextrusion. Might just be how the motion controller works.

What kind of results do you get with your Mini? I don't have the Maker Select, but my Mini prints very well IMO. These are two unfinished prints from my Mini. Besides the little bit of stringing and the obvious steps at the bottom of the left hand grip, it printed smoother than expected. The steps on the left side print are at least partially my fault because of the way it printed. Orientation was changed for the grip on the right side.

Looking for filament (PLA) suggestions. Currently about to finish up a 1kg roll of Monoprice black PLA, and wanted to see if spending a little more on filament might help me achieve better prints....

Using a mostly stock Maker Select V2. Z braces, glass build surface, cooling fan are the only significant mods I've done so far...

I'm getting ok prints, mostly just curious if the more expensive filament is worth the additional cost....

Overall the results are pretty good. It just over extrudes when direction changes are 90 degrees or sharper. I hear that simply printing slower masks it on this machine.
