Default Tubing notching

Has anyone found a real tube notcher for small tubing? 3/16”-1/4”

I just wrap 120 grit around drill bits with hot glue and fire up the drill press. you can notch 3/16 and 1/4 pretty much perfect with 1/8" bit and 2 or 3 wraps. Just take a little time so you dont snap the bits, but its pretty quick. and the trial an error fitment of pieces is super easy .

Chainsaw blade files for sharpening

Vice the tube - slide the smaller file then round it out with the big file. Built/brazed many tube frames this way.

I use the corner of my grinding wheel, and fine tune with the chain saw file in the drill press.
