Default Best media to clean a tube chassis?

I have a media blast cabinet and I was looking for what would be the best media to use to clean up a tube chassis for painting. it is 3/16" brake line that I've brazed together. here is what it looks like: Jebster's Subaru Brat

I have some grinding to clean up some of the joints but would like to use the cabinet for the rest of the clean up prep.

inputs are welcome as I have not done this before.

Been doing some searching. I see walnut shell grit and it seems like it could meet my needs. Anyone have experience with this?

Just doing one bump to see if anyone has recommendations. Given the price is see per bag is in the $25 range I would like to avoid wasting money on the wrong stuff.

Iron oxide, or glass beads. Both can be had for cheap at HF
