Default Aluminum rectangular tubing???

Hey guys, I'm on a hunt for some 5/16" x 3/4" aluminum tubing and have been having a hard time finding any. Any of you know where I might be able to locate some? I've found flat stock in the correct size, but would really like to use tubing. Thanks for any help!!! Have a great day!!!!

Oi, that's a a very small dimension for square corner tubing. I'll check with my suppliers later today but I don't expect there's a lot of places extruding that profile..

**EDIT**

Just got off the phone with my metals supplier and they've never seen anything anywhere close to that size. Smallest we could confirm is .500" x .500" with an .063" wall.

You might be able to find it through some sort of specialty service but it's definitely not something commonly produced.

Thank you for looking into it for me! I figured once I couldn't find it online anywhere. It's probably not commonly made. Guess I'll have to go with the flat stock and figure out a different way to get this project to work out. Thanks again brother!

Unsure if this helps, but i have bought some aluminum c-channel from Ace or Lowes a few years back. It's 57/64 x 9/16 x 1/16 not sure if your measurements are hard numbers. You could qlso buy two pieces of aluminum angle and cut/weld/braze to size.

McMaster-Carr is a pretty good source for raw materials as well as other mechanical and hardware related stuff. I've used them a few times for all of the above. They don't have your exact dimensions, but you may find something you can work with.

Thank you guys for all your help. Talked to CODYBOY for a bit last night. He's going to send me a couple pieces of 5/6"x11/16 thin wall steel tubing. I'm pretty sure that will work for what I'm after. Thank you guys again!!!

I work for a company that manufactures aluminum railing and we use 3/4" square aluminum tube all the time. We stock 0.055" wall and we sometimes use 1/8" wall. I have never seen anything thicker than that. Are you building something RC related with this?
