Best sandable/ paintable filler for plastic parts

Guessing it's ABS. SCX24 Deadbolt rear plastic bumper. I'm wanting to salvage it since it's lightweight and has a good shape for the rear of the body. But I want to fill in/ get rid of the embossed Axial logo that's on it. And I want to grind off the tow-hook standoffs. Then lightly sand with some fine grit and rattle-can it.

Any recommendations on a good plastic filler that will sand easily ( contemplated JB Weld but hoping there's something else better).

Thanks.

I've used this on hard bodies. Works well. Most LHS have it in stock or have access to it through their distributors.

I've used automotive spot glazing putty, which works really fast. Apoxy with is a plastic like jb weld and sands amazing. Lastly for large gaps superglue and baking soda

I always like asking questions on RCC because inevitably someone will suggest something that I never thought of or never heard of. Such again is the case with the above replies. I'm going to look into both.

Really appreciate the guidance. Thanks
