Here is the process for plaster. Composite parts made easy An uncut body would work good, set the body on foam board tape the edges down on the body so plaster dosen't leak under it. Build walls around it with foam board and slowly fill it up so the pressure of the plaster doesn't squish the sides in. Plaster will cure just fine at room temp. Mike |
