Nothing to worry, Delrin is easy to work with. I had a project as well and needed to Mill some HDPE plastic with my $75. Delta drill press. I used a 1/2 end mill and a 1/4 reamer for the detail piece of cake show us your peice |

I got the vises from Sears/Craftsman. I picked up these vises: 3" Cross-Slide 3" Tilt 4" Machinist Tooling and material I am going to get from McMaster-Carr. |
