Was that a Proto Trak or and EZ Trak milling machine. I am assuming that you did them on a bridgeport. Because I work in a machine shop too and i have a question about the E Traks. The one i run does this wierd thing were when i rapid the part away from the tool at the end of a program to put in another part, by the time it returns and starts cuting its off by .002 and over 20 parts it adds up it seems that every 4 to 5 inches it loses .002 have you ever heard of anythig like this? haha I am trying to get my boss to break down and buy me a matsuura. That 12000 rpm spindle speed and 400 IPM feed and 5 axis could make a shit load of those hexs But if you don't mind I stole your idea and made some, but i used steel.

It was proto trac on the bridgeport. Our software likes to randomly dive into the part once in awhile. We have a lot of nicks out of that table.
