Default Easy way to make an alluminum tube chassis

I came across this site that makes joining aluminumlook very easy.

http://durafix.com/

And another site which sells some aluminum tubing and sheet for a seemingly fair price.

http://www.aircraftspruce.com/menus/me/index.html

My question is if anyone has used this product (Dura-Fix) and can tell me anything about it? Is their any hints or tricks I should know? Has anyone used it with any success? Does anyone have an opinion on how easy or difficult this may be to use?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I remember this product, It has been out for quite some time, I bought some at a fishing/boat show, and back in the day used it to build a custom front bumper assembly for a big bear elec RC truck, after alot of bashing, the aluminum I used to build it was all bent up, and the mounting area that I mounted it to on the chassis tub was broken all up, but the brazed weld all held strong.....here are a few personal expierience pointers !

Keys to sucess with this product....STAINLESS STEEL WIRE BRUSHES !
If you use brass, regular steel, or any other material brush it WILL leave behind some of its material on the area you brushed, and will greatly effect the strength of the brazed area....heat the aluminum up that you are brazing together, and then introduce the brazing rod to it, the flame should not melt the rod, the heat of the material should melt the rod, as long as you have a good clean surface that is brushed with a STAINLESS brush, and you heat the materials properly, this brazing rod works well, NOTE, not for hardened aluminums such as 7075 t-6 this material is heavy with zinc and is not weldable in any manner, it will destroy itself during any welding procedure due to the zinc content.....
