Well i dont have a local hobby shop. I wanted to see what most people used. I wish i had one tho. Where i used to live there was a tower hobby.
So what do most of you guys use. Thanks

you should use .030 or .040 for your main construction and size down from there for more details. you should definately get the angle and maybe 2x4 type stuff and use either plastruct plastiweld or tenax 7.

He's right, I used .040 on my FJ Truck build, worked perfect and its still easy to cut, and most of all, its holding up to the crawling abuse!

Sweet thanks for the help guys. You guys are awsome. Do u guys just cut the stuff with exacto knives, or scissors? Just curious

O and the stuff should be in this week!

obijuan 07-23-2007 11:37 AM

you can just score it with an xacto knife and a ruler. then just break it at the score like drywall. really easy.

west virginia krawler 07-23-2007 01:24 PM

cool beans. I got plenty to practice on. Thanks for all the help obijuan.
