Default quick question

I just got access to a mig welder. is it easier to mig weld steel rod or braze it?

Im not sure of the thickness but its pretty thick. perfect size for my 1/6th.

Also, how do i keep my tuber the bare metal color without it rusting?

It all depends on your mig welding experience. I think you might want to mig it together and then braze it for the best over all look.

A shot of clearcoat will keep it from rusting. Might need touched up after a hard day on the rocks.
