Default brazing question

stupid noob question but will brazing hold to aluminum for a tube body but not an allout tuber o and will it really help to put bbs in nylint tires and how much

As for brazing aluminum, it can be done but you need the right filler metal such as what tjb suggested.

With the BB's, it depends on what you are riding on. Obviously the more BB's, the more firm/less squoshyness you will get out of the tires, and the less there will be more room for the tire to press itself.

Harris has an aluminum braze... it is called AL-COR. It works very well. Below is a picture of a dtrail12 I sectioned and brazed to make fit a scout body.

you can get aluminum 3/16 solid rod from mcmastercarr. not too expensive, I was actually thinking of doing something like this myself- just to see if it can be done.
