Hello, I searched and there are no hits for this, so here it is. Is Oatey Safety Flo a suitable stand in for Harris silver solder? http://www.oatey.com/apps/catalog/sh...&prodgrpid=364 This is what Menard's has on hand. Thanx, rash |

Never heard of Oatey I have had great results with Stay-Brite silver solder kit, lead free, cadium free STA11000 J.W Harris $7.00 I once needed to modify my rear dog bones for a wider wheel base. so I cut them in half and sleeved a tube over them and then used Silver solder to melt down inside. never broke in my modified offroad baja buggy Just used it on my first crawler esab.com or this , order online http://products.esabna.com/EN/home/f...tegory_id.1090 Last edited by toy4crawlin; 11-05-2007 at 03:23 PM. |
