Man, thats the same stuff i got. is it still ok if i sand the joints before i braze them? i dont need to braze a whole lot of joints and have some good sand belts and grinders to use.

| Bad idea. You need a very clean joint to braze properly. Leaving the paint or any other crap on there is just asking for trouble. Really, it only takes about 10 seconds to sand a joint. Not a big deal if you ask me.

how about stainless steel brake line , I know it cost more but from what I have read it is non toxic

Just chuck the brake line up in your drill before you bend it and sand off the galvanized coating with emory cloth. And yes, stanless is un-coated and has no toxic fumes. Done properly you can even implant stainless in the body.
