| TRX 4 Measurement required (haven't purchased yet)
Hi guys, newbie here, I wish to know the length between the 2 mounting points on the side plates of the TRX 4, there are 2 brackets that hold the slide rails on that are fixed to the flat plates, I need to know the gap between them for a mod I've seen on eBay that would mount the batteries on the side plates and I want to try and spec my batteries before I buy one of these, possibly at the end of the month. Thanks for any help! |

The area between the rock rail mounts is 4.5", BUT, that real estate is taken up with the ESC on one side and RX on the other. BTW, In the future, please post your TRX4 questions in the TRX4 specific section.

The section in question will not have any items on it because I will be using a mod that moves all the electronics to the centre of the chassis so the batteries which weigh more are lower down. I can't find any reviews on the mod though! | |
