I assume these will NOT work on my trx4 Sport? I added inner fenders recently, and can't wrap my head around how they could work with the way the shocks mount to chassis on this truck? ![]() R.C. means both;Remote control, and Rock Crawler. |

They can be used though. Once an adjustable shock mount is installed...you will have multiple holes on a flat surface. This can be bolted on to add additional angles. The large shock tension nut gets in the way ...rubbing the mount. This can give it the opening it needs to be fully adjustable. Or they could be bolted in front or behind the shock tower.

This design...he bolted to the frame ...so I could see how it works bypassing the original shock tower. So the arrow would point up and the other end bolt to the frame at an angle twice. You would still need the tower to support the body posts.

I have used ones similar mounted to the chassis but not on my TRX4. Unless you are mounting your steering servo on the axle and doing a 4 link front end you will need your front drive side shock mount to have a panhard bar mount. | |
