Traxxas TRX-4 LED Lights, Power Supply 8028

Hey guys! I have a question, will traxxas led light power module survive 7.4v from a Hobbywing xerun ESC? Heard lots of people saying it will fry it right away and lots of people saying it will work... PS, it's hooked up to my main 3s battery via the ESC.

Just got a new Savox SW-1210SG and would like to try it out with 7.4v without an externa BEC if it's possible.

Your feeding your light module straight off the battery. I run mine on a 3 cell with no problems.

The Traxxas RX and micro servos are rated for 6v.

I do not run the Traxxas TX/RX, but the micro servo die pretty quick at 7v

Sorry for that wierd reply, my phone didn't initiate screen lock...

I'll run it at 6v for the time being, need micro servos that can take 7.4 first...

Guess that's why one of mine died. Should have upgraded both. But instead I just replaced it with the same Traxxas one.
