There's no real solution to this. You can lift the entire truck with shock keys, get smaller tires like MrAwesome987 said, but tire rub is completely normal at full flex.

if you are worried about th paint coming off, you can apply some electrical tape or any other kind that will stick, on the inside to protect it where the tires rub.
