Default starting maxx build, q's!!

well i started my maxx build and i am getting knee deap in work when i saw that if i took the bottom struts and flipped them over and conected them to the tranny like that then i could make a suitable chassis. if u know what i am talking about please tell me what u think about this!

Have you done it yet, or are you just thinking about it. sounds to me like it wouldnt flex that well and if it did the plastic would become weak really fast. All you can do is try it and let us know, take some pics too.

alum would be the way to go, but if you got a guy to make stuff for ya, why not just desgn a purpose build chassis so you know you'll have room for link and shock adjustability.
