| first off, yes I have already done a search and no I didnt find what I was looking for. I have a maxx based crawler Im building using locked stock arms and I am trying to figure out how to mount a LARGE 1/4 scale servo. Ive looked at the pics I could find and only one maxx based ride looked to be using the same servo but he had custom fabed axles. Does anyone have a good suggestion on how to mount the servo for the front steering??? |

| 1/4 scale servos are too big. That fad has already passed. Yes, 1/4 scale servos can be had for cheap and they are rated for a decent amount of torque but they draw too much power, big, and just look odd. Spend a few more dollars for a 1/10 size servo that has the power and call it good. As far as mounting a 1/4 scale servo....... I can only find this image at this time. |
