Well are you still using 8 shocks? Still running nitro? Still stock chassis and a-arms?

You are not going to get much more articulation out of your setup than what you already have. Besides, shock oil isn't what helps you get more flex.

I am needing to change the oil in the shock and I wasnt sure what would work the best. like i said i have 30 w in them now and it didnt do to bad but i was looking for different preformance and didnt know if oil made a difference or not. thanks for letting me pic your brains. and if anyone else has more ideas please post them.

Well if your still gonna race it I would go ahead with 40 wt oil. I did run 30 in mine and raced with it and also 30 in my e-maxx I am changing to 40 bcause I like the way it lands better just stiffer not so soft. If your not gonna race, or anything like, or just crawl with it aint sure why you would even try that, but if thats what your doing just stay with the 30. How long has the oil been in it? It might be fine. I tell you what if you open the case up like your changing it, poor some out if its black or dirty looking kind of then its past time to change it if its still clear looking then its fine. Hope this helps. Any other question you have please post I will help the best I can.

If you are racing it, ask what the other racers are using and what is working for them. I personally ran 50wt oil and #2 pistons (AE shocks) with the stiffest integy springs and no spacers. Kept my EMaxx level and smooth on the bumpy sections. Our track was also dry and slick. Of course my emaxx was heavier than your tmaxx. You have to find out what works on the tracks you race at.
