Default New to the Board, here's my rig

Hey all! I'm new to the board, here's my crawler. It was a first generation emaxx, locked into first gear, locked diffs, homemade frame, badlands tires on freebie wheels, Matrix 50 turn, stock spur with a 16 pinion. She doesn't do too bad, just need to get that steering to turn sharper. I use the EVX esc and TQ3 controller along with a S3305 servo. [IMG]file:///

Sweet rig. What is your wheelbase and chassis grand clearance height?

This thing looks cool. Just my thoughts-You've got a 50T motor for crawling anyway, so if you lowered the ride height to where the lower links were almost level and slapped some Traxxas canyon AT's on there, might crawl even better.

Nice truck though.

Nice, clean chassis!

My truck only seems to clear Mushroom sauce...
I'll have to try Marinara and see if it does anybetter...

Thanks for all the kind words. The truck has a 14" WB and ground to chassis is just under 5". It doesn't turn worth a crap though. I really wish i could get it turning sharper.

16HP: I really don't want to lower it, reason being, it'll make it longer and i really don't like the super long look.
